FACILITY AT HOWRAH

Our manufacturing facility of 5500 sq. mtrs is based in Howrah, just 30 minutes drive from India’s largest city in Eastern India, which is Kolkata (nearest airport: Kolkata is also a mere 30 minutes from our production facility). We have resources and network to handle all the following -

Laser Cutting

GEM has in-house fiber laser cutting machines with 3kw. Bed sizes are: 3 metres x 1.5 metres. The advantages of laser cutting are flexibility, precision, repeatability, speed, cost-effectiveness, great quality, contactless cutting, versatility and automation possibilities. The capacity of MS cutting — 15 mm and SS Cutting- 10mm.

Turret Punching

GEM has in-house turret punching with 50 tonnes capacity of Mild Steel punching- 6mm and Stainless-Steel punching- 5 mm.

CNC Bending

GEM possesses CNC bending upto 3 metres having maximum tonnage of 200 tonnes. This versatility allows GEM to process longer jobs upto 3 metres also. Having CNC controllers, the accuracy of the jobs are well maintained with required quality.

De-Coiler, Straightener
& CNC Shearing

GEM has CNC shearing machine which can cut upto 6mm Stainless Steel and 8mm Mild Steel. Moreover, we also hove do detailing facility also.

  • Pillar Drill Machines: Includes options with 1-inch and ½-inch capacities for enhanced adaptability.
  • Vertical Milling Machine: Offers a 3 ft capacity for versatile milling operations.
  • Shaping Machine: Features a 32-inch capacity for high-accuracy shaping processes.
  • Slotting Machine: Equipped with a 1-inch capacity for precise slotting applications.
